Like new! No alterations. Size small.
I'm 5'5" and my measurements are bust 36, waist 29, hips 39. It's a touch too tight in the bust (I ignored the size guide in hopes of a slightly more fitted look). Decided to sell and to size up to a medium.
Dress measurements are bust 32, waist 30, hip 39, length 44.
I'm wearing it in the second photo with a nude unbranded slip that I'll include with the dress.

From Kamperett: Midi length dress constructed from a delicate ivory silk organza. Self lined bodice with straight cut neckline, dress hits at natural waist and opens up into a full skirt of lightly gathered tiered panels of silk organza. Black pearl edge finish on each tier adds subtle contrast. Thin corded straps tie at each shoulder, invisible side zip closure.
