The Dress
The dress is in great condition and is so flattering! I wanted a romantic, airy, and breathtaking dress and this was it. The ivory color is super flattering in person and comes out great in photos. The A-line shape is also so easy to wear and really cinches the waist in. The layers of gorgeous tulle cascade behind you as you walk and feels super dreamy. This was perfect for my garden wedding and I felt so beautiful.
The straps on the original dress felt a bit plain and so I replaced it with pretty lacy straps that match the floral appliqués on the front.
Alterations
I added bra cups for a small amount of support as the original dress is not bra friendly. The plain-looking straps were replaced with pretty lacy straps, a tiny button bustle was added for ease of movement. These alterations make this dress ready-to-wear and would save you hundreds of dollars on doing the same alterations!
