Light Blue All Ruffled Up Evening Fluffy Dress.
I wore it once for my engagement photoshoot. No alterations except, I just cut the tulle on the back of the shoulders smaller. See attached photos. I kept the original length. I normally a Small but I wore Medium for this dress. I’m 112 pounds.
The dress is in good condition. It has little stains on the ivory lining.
