The Dress

Purchased at Something New in Colorado Spring in the Spring of 2021 for a Fall 2022 Wedding. Purchased off the rack at Size 18 however with some slight alterations fits more like at 16. I had the straps over the shoulders slightly fitted so it did not feel like it was sliding off the shoulder as I didn't want the urge to adjust all night. It was also taken in at the back just a bit. The length was shortened (I am 5ft 3in and wore 4in wedges) and a bustle was added. Very comfortable and attractive. Provided me with a classy yet sexy look. Fabric could be added inside to raise the plunge if you are not looking for as much cleavage. The back has a zipper covered with classic buttons. The fabric is a soft English net tulle and the bodice has lace and some bedding. Paid over 1,400. Would love for someone else to feel like I did on my wedding day instead of having it sit in a box in my attic.

Alterations

No major alternations were needed. Sleeves slightly adjusted, taken in slightly in the back to be fitted tight to my chest, and shortened to hear with wedges.
