The dress is a US 10, I generally wear a US 6/8 or medium. I am 5'10 and the dress would require me to wear 2-3 inch heels to not have to alter the bottom. The dress is absolutely beautiful and very flattering. The dress has never been altered. It is a breathtaking mermaid gown that comes to life in glittering, three-dimensional flowers that crystalize along the plunging neckline, gather at the waist, and cascade down a skirt delicately dotted with streams of threaded embroidery.
