The Dress

This is a truly gorgeous sparkling Galina Signature dress, with sheer beaded top and detailed sheer back embroidery! There is a glitter tulle underskirt, and beaded appliques and embroidery throughout! There is a white triangular pattern at the top of the skirt part of the dress, much like Disney's Princess Aurora's pink dress, or the bottom of Tinker Bell's green dress. The details on this dress are truly unique - the design is not a repetitive fabric pattern, but an entire work of art as a whole. This was worn for an Enchanted Forest-themed outdoor summer wedding in the Boulder, CO mountains, with a large nod to the Lord of the Rings. It is lightweight and flows beautifully with any movement, and did not make me feel too hot despite the weather. The bustle is also unique as it creates five scallops with the beaded center of the train going straight down the middle.

Honestly, I never ever imagined I'd get married in a "white" wedding dress, and truly for my entire life had pictured a colorful gold or blue prom dress with a multicolored design. I've seen every episode EVER of Say Yes to the Dress, and even still, I wanted color! But when I put this dress on, the sheer beaded details and uniqueness of this design, as well as the Galadriel and Princess Aurora vibes, are what sold me.

The colors are a dark ivory with champagne.

I am an extremely pale person, and I was pleased that the sheer parts were still apparent!

This dress was professionally cleaned and put in excellent preservation condition by a specialty wedding gown care business.

Alterations

Hemmed to fit 5'5.5" including shoe height. Train length was not altered.

Sheer soft fabric added between the dip of the V neckline, can easily be removed.
