I love the Halfpenny designs for beautiful brides who are modern and want to be able to actually enjoy their day in their dress. I felt beautiful, elegant, and still a little bit of fun.
I have the Breeze dress bought in person from the Halfpenny studios in London with the light mesh Blossom top. The top just gave a bit of extra texture and interest and was nice for the actual ceremony to have something covering my shoulders a bit. The little pearl detail on the back of the top is lovely and the contrasting v back of the top with the straight back of the dress added interest.
I was completely comfortable in the dress on the day and didn't have any slippage from the sleeveless dress. Afterwards I had the dress immediately professionally dry-cleaned from a business specialising in wedding dresses and it has been stored in a proper archival box with archival paper since to preserve the beautiful dress.
