The Dress

This dress has never been worn (other than to try it on) and it hasn't had any alterations. I bought it because it was absolutely beautiful and very flattering. I'm not a tiny girl, but this dress made me feel beautiful. I didn't wear it simply because I couldn't get a different dress off of my mind, so I ended up buying the second dress 3 months before the wedding.

The photos don't do this dress justice. It is super sparkly and intricately detailed. The train is the show-stopper! It is so beautiful and long. The dress is also super comfortable. It doesn't weigh much at all for how elaborate it looks and is very comfortable to move around in. The neckline is unique. It is sheer with floral appliques 'floating' at the neck. That is one thing I love about this dress, just how unique it is!

Honestly, if my second dress wasn't as perfect for my venue as it was, this dress would have been amazing as well. (I had a forest wedding and my second dress had green and gold floral appliques on it)

(Side Note: In the pictures of me trying on the dress, there is a strip of gold fabric underneath the lace. This was something I had considered and isn't actually attached to the dress in any way.)
