The Dress

Ideal for the no-fuss bride, this silk ballgown with ruching from Martina Liana is simple but still has an element of traditional bridal style. A slight sweetheart neckline highlights the structured bodice of this silk Zibeline style, framing the face beautifully. From the waist, the full ballgown skirt— with pockets — extends to the ground, showcasing several pleats around the front. The left hip of the gown features structural ruching, creating dimension and a sense of modernity to this otherwise traditional gown. A slight train completes this look perfectly. The back of this silk ballgown with ruching zips up beneath fabric-covered buttons that run the length of the skirt and train.

I absolutely loved wearing this dress and hope whoever finds it next will feel as beautiful in it as I did! I have professionally cleaned and preserved this dress using Happily Ever After Preservations (partner of The Knot), photos of the cleaned & preserved dress is included in my photos. I did not open the preserved dress packaging, so if upon receiving it you're unhappy with the cleaning, we can request to get it cleaned again at no extra charge from the same service (see note in photos).
