Beautiful Sottero & Midgley dress.
Bought new by me for £1600, worn once!
Size 8 but easily fits up to size 12 as it has a corset back. I was a size 12 at my wedding. It’s just forgiving and adjustable!
Dry cleaned the day after the wedding. Some minor wear marks on the back hem but very unnoticeable to the passing eye.
I had it slightly altered to bring the volume of the skirt in a bit.
I replaced a diamanté detail on the hip with an antique style pearl brooch. Can be replaced with something else very easily.
I now have two sons, no daughter, so time to pass it on…
Alterations
The volume of the lower part of the dress was a bit bigger than I preferred. Had some fabric removed so it was less voluminous.
