The Dress

I wore this incredibly gorgeous Paloma gown for a few hours of our afternoon wedding in September 2019.
I felt so special, beautiful and extremely comfortable wearing it, it was everything I have ever dreamed of as a bride. It is just one of those gowns that is so effortlessly breathtaking no matter what angle one is admiring from.

The dress is in perfect condition with professional dry cleaning performed and your Paloma will be sent along with its original GLL special box and packaging.

I was fitted in the GLL showroom in all measurements for bust, underbust, waist and hip as a standard XS size, which is a Grace Loves Lace size 8. The fabric of a Paloma gown is elastic and stretches easily, which makes it a dream to wear.

The only alterations that have been made from the GLL showroom are to slightly lift the front of the hem. I am 172cm in height and I only wore small heels for the day and later changed into some flats for comfort. This gown is the 80cm length train, with a bustle built in.

Every product we design is handmade in our Australian headquarters. We do not believe in off-shore manufacturing to save dollars. Keeping everything in-house allows us to maintain our high standards and requirements. We have a team of over 50 now and our cutters, seamstresses and design and production team have exceptional experience and skill, particularly with our unique garment construction and luxury delicate fabrics.
We do not believe in mass production. Each gown is made to order and our ready to wear selection is produced on demand. Everything has a purpose for us, including scrap fabric that would normally be wasted in factories. Most importantly, we haven’t lost our passion- it gets stronger. Every facet of the business is always moving forward and we LOVE what we do.
