The model name is 'Daisy', it is Amsale for Christos.
I purchased the dress for $2,112 (I have the receipt) from Madeleine's Daughter Bridal Shop in Portsmouth NH on August 7 2010. I never wore the dress, as I decided to buy a different dress two month before my wedding. The dress was a floor sample, and it is a true size 8. I did have it hemmed though for a 3.5 inch heel, and I am 5'5". There were no other alterations done to it except one button put on the back for a bustle. I have tried to sell it on various online platforms, but all these years later, I am still looking for a happy bride to find this as her dream dress. It has been hanging nicely in a wedding dress garment bag, in a closet in a my non-smoking/non-pet household.
