The Dress

This stunning, and now rare*, one-shouldered Carolina Herrera Fernanda gown from her Spring 2018 collection is accentuated by the timeless signature bow on the back. The gown is made with fine ivory silk Mikado fabric that drapes effortlessly and creates a beautiful silhouette across the bride's body. The one-shoulder detailing adds a sophisticated combination of modern and classic, while the oversized bow creates a dramatic and eye-catching feature great for wedding photos and compliments from guests.

This gown is designed to flatter your figure, hugging your curves in all the right places while still allowing for ease of movement - it was by far the most comfortable gown I wore across all three gowns that day with the luxurious silk fabric cooling the skin in the warm California evening.

The dress was was purchased and tailored at the top luxury bridal salon in San Francisco in late 2021. It was shipped next day after the wedding in Summer 2022 and cleaned professionally with small repairs completed by Heritage Garment Preservation.
