The back piece can be removed with minor alteration if you prefer lower cut. Please refer to the pictures, I added both styles.
The sleeves can be removed with minor alteration as well which I've been told while purchasing. I loved it with the sleeves, I think it adds more romantic look.
Dress is size 16, my street size is usually L and rarely XL. The measurements that I shared are exactly from the wedding day.
