Chosen by Kyha Macpherson dress in beautiful crisp white mikado silk.
This dress was amazing to wear on our wedding day, fit like a glove around my waist (I am a fairly true NZ size 8) and was comfortable to dance in until the early hours. There is a leg slit but due to the nature and amount of the thick silk it’s not super noticeable even when walking. The slit has been lowered to knee-height by a tailor.
The structured silk fabric looks amazing in photos and catches the light beautifully. Dress fastens at the back with a zip and buttons.
Alterations
Some of the length in the train has been removed (leftover fabric included in sale), straps have been taken up slightly (these can easily be let down again by a tailor) and leg slit has been lowered. This could also be sewn up completely or opened back up again.
