The Dress
Genuine, timeless Pronovias bateau neckline mermaid gown with striking cathedral length detachable train which clips on at the bottom of the back with a bow. This could be worn for the ceremony and for pictures then removed for a sexier evening look to allow for dancing hence two looks in one!
The dress is completely plain and free from embellishment allowing the silhouette and classy ivory Mikado silk to speak for itself, leaving the bride to accessorise to her own taste. The back has a deep V with silk covered buttons trailing down but there is also a hidden zip for ease. The style and cut of this two piece gown will not date.
The dress has been professionally dry cleaned by a wedding gown cleaning specialist, wrapped in acid free paper and lovingly boxed in a large vintage patterned presentation box, finished with a silk bow.
Alterations
Length; I am 5 foot 5.5 inches but only wore a kitten heel for comfort as heels were hidden by the gown and so this dress would be suitable for a bride under 5'5 however there is room in the hem to drop. I wear a high street size 8.
