About the Dress

I wore this dress for my wedding last summer, July 2022. I always wanted something simple, classic, and elegant but also feminine- the bow at the back made me feel like a princess!

This strapless Watters dress was originally £1,795, which I bought secondhand for £800. It had a long train behind it stretching a few feet on the floor, which I had removed to make it more practical to move around and dance in, and (as a lot of our wedding was outdoors) to keep it clean.

With an inbuilt corset, it was a comfortable but flattering fit (and no bra required)! The best part was that it has discreet pockets, so I could keep my phone and lipstick on me throughout the day.
