The Dress
I was not expecting to find my dress at David’s Bridal but my eye was drawn to this dress as soon as I walked in. The plunging neckline was just revealing enough to feel sexy, but the sleeves and the lace had a conservative feel. At the time, I wasn’t sure if I was going with a full blown wedding or and elopement and this dress would have worked for both. The champagne underlay looks pinkish for a unique touch.
The dress has a bit of dirt on the bottom most inner layer but it can’t be seen at all. I would recommend this dress for a person 5’5” or shorter with the alterations that were made.
Alterations
The cups have been changed to C cups (can be very easily changed if needed), the bottom is hemmed and the straps were shortened. These alterations basically made it a petite version of a size 12 dress.
