This wedding gown is by Oglia-Loro - worn once on the 1st November 2015

Located at the top end of Toorak Road in South Yarra, Sam Oglialoro of Oglia-Loro Couture has been specialising in contemporary and elegant couture bridal. He designs for the Logies, other red carpet events, and celebrity weddings

Sam’s couture bridal gowns are timeless in their elegance. Using unique details such as exclusive imported luxurious lace and French and Italian fabrics (Vera Wang & Elie Saab), Sam creates wedding gowns that are classic and feminine with a touch of sensuality to make every bride the epitome of fashionable elegance. Sam sets his couture bridal gown collection apart from others through his incredible attention to detail and ability to accentuate what makes a woman beautiful.

This gown was made to measure and made to order at the workshop located just above the boutique. A self-confessed perfectionist, all pattern making, beading, cutting and fittings are done by Sam with help from a small in-house team

Compliment: Everybody said it was the most amazing dress they'd ever seen, as not everyone can pull off a long sleeve (rare to see) wedding gown.

Material: The entire bodice is made of French lace with handmade beading and embellishments on the top part of the dress. The bottom is made of pure silk organza, cascading in the trademark Oglia-Loro style which others have tried to imitate. Long sleeves with delicate beadings and the veil is longer than the dress, makes it very GRAND.

This dress is very similar to Princess Kate’s wedding gown; very grand and elegant. Movement is amazing and it looks better in reality than photos.
