The Dress

I felt so beautiful in this dress and I absolutely love it, but I also don’t want to let it sit in my closet for the next 50 years. I would for someone else to feel beautiful and have their moment in it too! It is so elegant, classy and timeless. I struggled to find a dress, as I wanted something simple - no lace or beading. All of those dresses seemed boring on me. When I put this one on, I knew it was the one. So simple, yet not boring!

I did get it hemmed to fit 5’6”. The bustle needs repair on one button. This dress has been professionally cleaned, but there is discoloring on the lower quarter inch on a small section of right side of the dress - I attached a picture. It is on the inside layer. It is ever so slightly visible when the dress is on and if you needed a hem this part would be taken off. Also, my seamstress said these are classic beads and anywhere would have the same to make repairs if needed. The dress is in near perfect condition, just the small part at the bottom that I noted above.
