Has been kept in it's bag and in a closet since it arrived several months ago. Sleeveless, in the pics she is wearing fabric attached to the sample dress that we were going to have altered and added as sleeves. Will include this extra fabric for that if desired. Color is listed as Off White/Light Beige/Silver
