The Dress

The core of this dress is the original designer Wilderly Bride Clara dress, which is a chic ivory lace A-line lace gown with boned bodice, over an almond colour underskirt, featuring a deep sweetheart neckline, with flowing train and full length zip and back covered buttons to the floor.

I had the base Clara design adjusted to add 3/4 sleeves, made from the exact lace fabric purchased additionally from the designer and raise the back of the dress upwards to ensure you can wear a normal, highly supportive bra, which is great for the more curvier lady. Additional bust pads have been added, which are easily removable. Have added additional pearl belt and details to the trim of the sleeves around the neckline. Had the front length of the dress adjusted slightly to fit 5'4" with heels. You would easily be able to return the alterations back to the base Clara design with the spaghetti straps if desired.

Have additional lace and underlay fabric from the designer to support any further alterations.

Is a beautifully comfortable dress. The lace and underskirt has a little bit of stretch in it, so it's soft and moveable and you don't feel like you are a in crispy lace dress, but can breathe and move and relax. The ivory lace over the almond underskirt, gives it a real vintage feel.

Label size 22. I usually wear size 20-22.

Only worn for 4 hours. No signs of damage. Can be dry cleaned.
