The Dress
Originally bought in 2016, size 14 and altered once for a 6' tall bride. The dress has 4 pick-ups for the train, rouched bodess, boned corset bust, and features lace appliques with crystals detailing and a key-hole back, a lot of tulle in a fit-n-flare style. There is a hook and eye closure at the neck.
This is the Sophia Tolli style #Y11418 (Olenna model) from the 2014 line. I don't know if it can be altered again - you would need to discuss that with a seamstress.
The dress was worn once and has been stored in its garment bag on a bust form inside a tote for the last 5 years. It is in great condition.
Alterations
The alterations include cups (36B), 4 train pick-ups, and taken in at the waist (I do not know by how much)
