The Dress
This amazing vintage Vera Wang gown is a perfect and original find for someone ready for BOLD and to be wildly unique. The burgundy velvet bodice is off the shoulder, adorned with asymmetric velvet roses. The skirt is a generous cloud of tulle with a pin-up train. I've never seen another dress like this one. And, I've never felt more bold or more beautiful than wearing this dress. I loved that every inch is bridal, but it makes a statement by not being all white, with the statement of the bold, burgundy bodice.
The dress is perfect for a curvy body with a slim waist. It felt solid, but didn't weigh me down.
The dress was preserved following the wedding, but had some yellowing in the tulle from the back. It has recently been restored, cleaned and re-boxed for its next adventure.
Veil/headpiece included.
