The Dress

I loved this dress as it was so elegant and suited my simple vision. I am very happy for people to try on before considering purchasing. I am also open to offers near listing price.

Please note, there are a few minor flaws due to wearing a white dress! I have gone over the dress multiple times but I can’t guarantee I’ve spotted very micro detail. These are the obvious ones:
- a small mark on the neckline
- general wear visible up close around the hem where it’s picked up some dust from the ground
- some small almost opaque marks around the back on the train.
The only major flaw is a black dot at the bottom of the dress, close the the centre point of the train which falls on the ground as you walk. My phone camera isn’t flash so the photos look like the dress has a pink tinge which I promise it hasn’t!

I had photos before my first look and so the dress wasn’t perfectly white by the time I got to the ceremony but you couldn’t tell and the photos turned out great too.

Alterations

This dress was ordered in size 14 to be altered to fit differently to the model. I didn’t want it so fitted in the front or around the back. It was taken in at the sides and hemmed for my height considering my shoes. The cups were also readjusted. A hidden clasp for the train and a wrist ribbon were also added.

I have a Christchurch contact who altered the dress if you want to go back to her—she’s amazing!
