No alterations to bottom of dress, minimal alteration to sides. Comes with matching 8 ft cathedral veil. Zero damage, perfectly restored by wedding dress preservation. Comes with pedi coat- this dress is stunning and photographs beautifully. Truly the princess dress of your dreams
