The Dress

I fell in love with this beautiful Oscar de la Renta 12e04 dress right away. The detail and embroidery is amazing. Comes with original box and belt.

I have bought this dress pre-owned from a bride in NY. She wore it only for ceremony. Please notice it was damaged during dry cleaning after my wedding, it was repaired by the seamstress after, but the dress has minor flaws in tulle and embroidery, not visible at first sight. It has 2 yellowish spots (marked on picture). The tulle doesn’t feel as soft as before, inner layers of tulle skirt have some tears, which are not visible. The trim on the top has been removed. All the pictures are of the dress after repair and me on the wedding dress. Considering all factors the dress is priced lower. It was taken down several cm’s by the seamstress as I lost weight. She didn’t cut the fabric so it can be made bigger in waist 4 cm. The dress is 82 cm in the bust and 63 cm in the waist as of right now. My height is 167 cm and I wore 9 cm heels. The dress would fit for lower heel height as well. I would recommend it for smb (height+heels) between 170-175cm. The top has build in corset.

Alterations

It was made smaller in the waist. The top doesn’t have organza trim anymore.
