Due to COVID etc. wedding never took place. Dress never was fitted or left the bag. Was going to hold onto it for my daughter, but our styles don't seem to align and I don't want to waste a perfectly good dress. The straps in the picture can be on the dress or not--currently are. Dress was never altered. I'm 5'9", 138 IBS, but again, never had it altered.
