The Dress

Stunning Mori Lee dress in size 12.

When I wore this dress I was a dress size 12 with a chest of 36c, there was plenty of room within the corset so it would still fit if I had a smaller or larger bust.

The dress has been fully cleaned and there are no rips to the linings.
Underneath the dress is a small fastening so that you can alter the length of the train on the dress. I choose to wear the dress at full length for ceremony and day time events, then at night I hooked the dress up so it didn’t get in the way when dancing!

I wore a strapless bra with the dress, even without a bra it offers good support, I felt pulled in and supported throughout the day. Despite the layers to the dress this was a good weight and I wore it all throughout a 14 hour day.

I wore a hoop under the skirt (this is included in the price) due to the natural way the dress falls the use of a hoop really is optional, I just felt it gave it a little more umph! I am not selling the tiara and veil I wore due to sentimental reasons however I purchased these as an additional from the bridal shop. As the beading contains gems and pearls there is good availability to match accessories to your preference.

The length of the dress from the highest part of the bodice to the bottom is 130cm/51.5 inches

There is a slight imperfection on the corset hoop, the loop second from the top on both sides has been pulled. This can be easily stitched into place with minimal effort and with have no significant impact on the eventual wear or look of the dress, I am just mentioning it to be an honest seller, I can happily send a picture of this to ease any concerns, it is unlikely to require attention by a wedding seamstress so shouldn’t add any additional cost to buying the dress
