The Dress
It’s the first one I tried on and fell in love with how comfortable and classy I felt in it. I wanted elegant and it certainly is that.
There are two layers. The inner has spaghetti straps and is a satin feel that made me love the dress while the outer layer had a gorgeous train and detailed lace work to it. Topped off with an embroidered belt to help give my body a better figure.
Alterations
I bought a 12 as the 10 in store was a little snug. So my seamstress brought up the spaghetti straps some, and brought in the waist/bust/hips a little bit.
Along with shortening the dress a hair.
All alterations were done on the inner piece not the exterior EXCEPT for adding 3 hooks to allow the dress to be beautifully bustled when desired.
