The Dress

This beautiful dress from Rosa Clara is perfect to wear for a summery outdoor ceremony and feels very elegant! It has a beautiful bodice made of embroidered lace with a floral pattern as well as subtle beading which gives the dress a vintage, bohemian look, while the deep V shape of the back makes the dress feel very elegant. The bodice then fans out into a simple but elegant A-line silhouette, with a modest train at the back of the dress.

The dress feels very light to wear, is easy to move around in and is very versatile - it goes from daytime ceremony to evening reception very well as the material of the skirt really comes into its own as the lights dim and the evening reception approaches, with the material shimmering slightly in dimmer light-perfect for that first dance! A very subtle bustle has also been fitted at the back of the dress to allow the train to be lifted up so you can move around more easily when hitting the dance floor.

Making the dress even more versatile, it also comes with a detachable Mikado train topped with a satin bow which can be attached to the bodice of the dress if you're seeking a grander look! I chose not to use this longer train so it's not pictured in most of the photos but you can see what it might look like in the second photo. If looking to buy the longer train, this would be an extra £200 on top of the dress price. A simple veil also comes with the dress and would be offered for free in the sale.

The dress was only worn for a few hours and is in an excellent condition. It has also been dry cleaned.
