The Dress
The 'Ellington' dress by Jane Hill is the perfect wedding dress - it is so elegant and classic, and has such a flattering fit. It will make any bride feel incredible on their big day! The fabric is thick enough to smooth out any lumps or bumps, but doesn't feel too heavy. The buttons down the back is such a sweet embellishment (they are decorative only, there is a zip underneath), and the low cut back adds a little sexiness too!
The dress was worn once to my reception in March 2022, and dry cleaned a few days after - as the case with most receptions, the dance floor got messy by the end of the night! So unfortunately, as the dress is floor length, there are some dirt marks along the bottom that couldn't be removed by dry cleaning. It is minimal, and would be hard to notice when wearing the dress, but I am happy for you to have a look at it before making your decision.
Alterations
The dress has been fitted to my measurements, but it would fit anyone who is a size 8.
I have also added a slit along the right leg seam (to add bit more sexiness!), but this could be stitched back up for a more elegant look.
And the trail has been shortened to just a small one.
