The Dress
This Ariel mermaid style gown is truly inspired. Cascading layers of soft tulle and organza invoke the rolling waves of the ocean. Ruching on the strapless, sweetheart neckline is feminine and flattering. Like a long strand of pearls, beautiful covered buttons down the back of this gown create a dramatic effect.
This dress (including the custom made Cathedral veil, as best seen in the stair photo) was a magical combination, I truly felt like a princess and the items looked amazing in pictures. It gave my wedding an extra boost of luxury. I had 2 dresses for my wedding so this one was only worn when I walked down the aisle and for photos right after, after that I took it off and sent it for cleaning, it came back in a sealed box so I have not seen it. There may have been minor grass stains from the lawn prior to cleaning but those should have been removed during cleaning.
Alterations
The bust was slightly altered for my boob size. The back of the dress was altered to account for the cathedral veil attachment, it's detachable.
