The Dress

Sotterro and Midgley wedding dress bought from Sugared Almonds Bridal Emporium, Earby.

Worn once on the most magical day! I got so many compliments from guests on how simple, but breathtaking the dress was. Plan and simple front, with a delicate appliqué lace trim around the sleeve, with a stunning appliqué lace back and gorgeous scalloped edge lace train.

Size 10, would fit size 12 I imagine. Altered slightly as detailed below.

Dress purchased in August 2020, stored in the bridal shop and collected at the end of June 2022 for our wedding day (postponed from June 2021 to June 2022 due to the pandemic).

Fully dry cleaned straight after the wedding. Very slight marking around the hem and the dress will need a singular button & a few elastic loops replacing/repairing (as pictured).

I would LOVE my dress to go to another loving home & for a lucky bride to feel as special and get as much joy out of the dress on their big day, as I did on mine!

Alterations

Dress has been taken in on the seam around the bust and around the hips, breast padding also removed from the inside. Taken up around the hem slightly to shorten the length.
