The Dress
Price is for a deposit already paid. I have gone with another dress, as sadly this just doesn't suit me, despite it being a gorgeous gown.
It is mikado with a double layer of organza over the top which gives it a beautiful soft sheen.
Total cost of the dress is $2700, so the remainder will be $1350, payable to the store. I paid $1350 (50%) as a deposit, and am selling the "deposit" for $1150, so essentially $200 off the retail price.
The dress is due to be completed in the next 1-2 months (likely before March). It is a standard size 8 but will be unaltered and brand new. I am hoping to recover some of the deposit I paid by selling the "deposit" to another bride who can then pay the remainder for the dress once it arrives in store. The bridal store has said they are happy to transfer ownership.
If you live in the Melbourne area, you can pick up the dress when it arrives. If you are interstate, I am happy to pick it up and post to you.
