The Dress

NEW/Never worn dreamy ‘COLETTE” gown by designer Liz Martinez. This ethereal and lightweight full princess gown is adorned with the most gorgeous and ethereal lifted hand-embroidered and beaded Swarovski 3D flowers. It has a full voluminous layered tulle skirt with dramatic train. This dress features a sweetheart neckline and structured corset nude bodice with built in cups, which provides added support and optional lift. It also has nude silk spaghetti straps adorned with flowers (which you can have removed if you prefer to wear the dress without straps, as shown in the image I included).

This dress is new and never worn--My wedding was canceled due to Covid, and then I got pregnant, so we eloped and never rescheduled the wedding, and I never actually got to wear this dress. The images shown were those taken when I first tried on/bought the dress at a Michigan Ave. bridal shop in Chicago. I was SO excited to wear and in love with this dress (as you can see in the pictures). I hope that it can make some other bride's dream come true.

I bought a special wedding dress garment bag for this dress to transport it to my wedding venue. I'm happy to include the garment bag in the purchase.

Alterations

I did alter this dress slightly before I knew my wedding was canceled. Alterations include:
1) Added pads to the bust –Can be removed if not needed.
2) The straps have more length encased in the body of the strap - Your seamstress can release those to the desired length
3) Hemmed the bottom of the dress: I am 5’ 10” and had this dress hemmed to be able to wear with 2” heels, so it could be worn by someone who is as tall as 6 feet, but could also be hemmed further for someone shorter.
