The Dress

✨✨Gorgeous dress, I felt absolutely amazing and totally comfortable all day on my wedding day!✨✨

✨This is the plus size version of this dress, the color is called “ivory/cashmere” (on David’s Bridal website). The color has a soft pink hue to it.

✨I’m between size 18/20 in street clothes. For example, at American Eagle I wear an xxl in tops and 18/20 in jeans

✨I wore this dress with flats and it was perfect! That should also show in my video ☺️

✨The illusion style dress was stunning and not too revealing. I wore a bra under my dress instead of the cups that were sewn in. They just did not support my chest or keep me “perky” enough, I liked the shape much better with a bra from Torrid. The bra I wore is a 44DD, convertible/strapless bra in shade “desert rose”. I will ship the bra with the dress!

✨If the bra size won’t work, consider buying the same bra in YOUR size, it is a perfect color match and is nearly undetectable under the dress! It also helped conceal some of my back fat that I was self conscious about in a sheer back dress!

Alterations

As you can see in the video, I had the shoulders taken up a little bit so the dress wasn’t quite as low in the front.

I had the bust cups REMOVED. I have a large chest and decided to wear a bra that matched the dress perfectly! It gave me more support and a better shape under the gown. I will include the bra with my dress if the purchaser would like that. I chose this option to keep it slightly more modest and to help me feel my best ☺️

✨The tag is a size 24 but with alterations it fits more like a true size 20✨
