I purchased this dress as a sample off the rack. Off the shoulder sleeves have snaps so can be easily removed.
It has not had any alterations. There is a small tear on the skirt, but my seamstress said it could be easily fixed. Only tried on, has been hanging in a garment bag in my closet since purchase. Unfortunately, dress is too small for me. It is even more beautiful and sparkly in person. Including a garment bag with dress as well.
