The Dress

It is the Amerie dress from the 2020 Flores collection. I bought it from Pantile Brides in Tunbridge Wells- it was the first dress I tried on and instantly loved it. I wore this Suzanne Neville dress for my (postponed) wedding in June 2022.

I am 5 foot 6 and a size 6/4. The bodice is made from silk crepe and has an internal corset, which means it stays in place perfectly and I felt so comfortable throughout the day not having to worry about it slipping. This also gives a really flattering shape. The sleeves sit just off the shoulder. It has a beautiful V-shaped back with silk buttons (loophole) down the back and a full skirt but with lots of movement, making it perfect for dancing in. It has been professionally dry-cleaned by bridal experts Terrington Burchett and is in great condition.

I honestly felt incredible in the dress and am gutted to be selling it but i just love the idea of someone else being able to enjoy it rather than it being sat in my loft for the rest of its life. I have tried to choose photos to best show different angles of the dress but have plenty more if you would like.

I'm selling this dress from Bristol, if anyone is serious about buying and lives locally you're more than welcome to come and try it on before committing to buying.

Alterations

I added a thin silk ribbon around the waist which is the same colour as the dress.
