It’s easy for sheer to read “sexy” and lace to look “demure.” Get the best of both worlds in a backless gown of head-to-toe Drosia Lace with just enough transparency at the V-neck and sides.
This is from the Watters Spring 2019 Collection, I bought it brand new June 2022. The colors are exactly as pictured, an ivory lace with "latte" underskirt. It's beautiful with all different colors around but is a unique and wonderful alternative to a simple white gown. Every single person that saw me in this dress said "you've won the wedding dress game!" It was a magical dress to wear and I don't want it to just sit in my closet. I got it cleaned and preserved in a box after my wedding so I hope a new bride can give it another day!
Size 10 dress with just the straps taken up a 1/2 inch or so from the original, NO other alterations were made!
And I'm 5'8" and wore flats to the wedding so it was not hemmed, just a bustle was added which goes up under the dress and disappears.
Alterations
A half inch was taken off the straps but none off the bottom.
A bustle was added in the back with loops to fasten it underneath.
