Dress comes with the veil and belt shown.
The dress felt amazing on - I was able to dance all night and it has a bustle to lift most of the gown off the floor. It would be suitable for a shoulder season wedding - it is a thick material that would be quite sweaty if won on a hot day but being strapless, I was pretty cold when wearing it in June! (Not whilst on the dance floor)
The dress is heavy - it is a thick satin "opulence" as described by KWH, so correct fitting is required to ensure it doesn't fall down.
It has a classic look but I modernised it with the belt - that isn't attached so you don't have to wear it, but it covered the seam which was nice.
