I bought this dress for a previous engagement but that did not work out. So it has been in my closet in the garment bag completely covered. I am engaged to be married again and did not want to wear (also can no longer fit) this dress. It has never been worn (except to try on), even the corset tie backs have not been untied. No alterations or anything have been done to the dress. It is is new and pristine condition.
Measurements listed are what I currently am and unable to fit the dress, not what I was when I bought the dress.
