NEW NEVER WORN OR ALTERED. This is a beautiful mikado fit and flare dress. The belt seen in the second and third picture is optional to add to the dress. The bow on the back is detachable and the buttons go all the way down! I bought it at a sample sale and it is new, in wonderful condition, and never altered. For reference I am 5 feet but standing on pedestal when trying on so there’s definitely a lot left to hem. It is definitely a little big on me and can be altered down to fit you! If you are local to the Nashville area I am happy for you to come try it on. Shipping only in the US.
