The Dress
This is a one-of-a-kind, custom gown. The top of the gown is from BHLDN and the original skirt was made from tulle (see photo of model.) The skirt was replaced with a chiffon skirt (from a local, upscale, downtown boutique) to create more of a "bohemian glam" look. Unfortunately, I gained too much weight to fit this dress and wasn't able to wear it for my day (thanks COVID) so, she is brand-spankin-new. I planned on being barefoot for the day and am 5'5 so the front of the dress just skims the ground. (the length starting from the center of the collarbone is front: 58" and back with train: 78.) The back of the dress where the clasp is will need to be redone (if you ask me, anyway- see video) because it sticks out a touch. Also, the front hem may need to be straightened a bit depending on how tall you are. I discounted the price for these reasons. There are hooks for the bustle and this thing is a beaut. Sad to see her go but hope she finds her perfect home.
