The Dress

This dress was a dream to wear! It was very comfortable and has some stretch to it. I did not feel confined at all, and was able to bend, dance, etc. I got so many compliments about the open back. It stayed in place all night long and I did not have to worry about a "wardrobe malfunction".

I special ordered this dress with an additional 5 cm of length. I am 5'10" and wore 2 inch heels.

This dress is in excellent condition. It has been dry-cleaned. There are some marks along the bottom hem (you can see in the last photo), however the lace of the train covers it up. Some beading on one strap needs to be repaired (the strap is fine, the beads just need to be sewn on).

Alterations

I had lost more weight than expected leading up to the wedding so the dress was taken in about 1.5 sizes. However, all of the fabric is intact and was hidden in the seams. It can be let back out if needed. I did not add a bustle to it, and instead used the handy strap that is already sewn onto the inner liner (see photo). I had push up/padding added to the bust. It would be super easy to remove as it is just attached to the inside liner.
