The Dress

Incredibly flattering Gigi dress from Suzanne Neville's 2022 Nova collection. Even though this dress was custom-made to my measurements, it has a built in, hidden corset so it's possible to adjust the top half to a certain extent.

The dress has a classic slim fitting shape, modern square neckline and a pretty overlay with 3D flowers, that add texture and interest whilst still feeling classic. The flowers have some very subtle beading - just enough to catch the light but not glitzy.

It pulls you in really nicely at the waist, the structured bodice makes you feel very secure - no need for a bra. The back is low with real buttons which make it look very expensive.

It's a beautifully made couture gown that made me feel amazing on the day. It was really comfortable and easy to move in. The overlay made it very 'non-creasy' which was great as my wedding was in Italy. I took it off after the first dance so it's in perfect condition.

I feel in love with the dress after seeing it on Instagram and had so many compliments.

The shoes I wore had a 6cm heel.

Alterations

The dress is made to my measurements. I'm a classic size 10, just under 5ft 6 inches tall. I had the train made slightly shorter than the dress in the show room but it still has wow factor.
