This dress is so dreamy and feminine, sweetheart neckline, straps removed. $400 belt with floral detail added but can easily be removed. The tiered ball gown skirt is so fun. You can’t go wrong with this one! It needs a little tlc on the skirt fabric as it has some small tears where the bustle was…not noticeable
