The Dress

I adored this dress from the second I tried it on, it was only the third dress I tried and I knew I had to have it. It is a gorgeous colour called 'sunset' with romantic but subtle floral embroidery under delicate tulle layers, complemented beautifully by the unique exposed corsetry. The dress fit perfectly and I felt both comfortable and secure in it throughout the day and onto the dancefloor (not to mention it made me feel the most beautiful I've ever felt!). Alterations

The dress has had two standard alterations to it: bust cups loosely sewn in (they can be very easily unpicked for new custom ones to be put in by a seamstress or it can be worn without any at all), and a bustle 'hook and loop' which I found really useful for the dancing later as well as walking around the smaller indoor spaces and not having to worry about someone standing on the train :). The length of the skirt and width of the bodice were adjusted to my size (slightly shortened and narrowed respectively), my measurements are included in the description above.
