The dress was altered slightly to fit more snug and to add a bustle so the train could be pulled up for dancing etc.
The dress was worn outside extensively for photos, so there is some staining on the hem/train. I think they could be removed with additional professional cleaning or if someone shorter than 5'8 in their wedding shoes, the hem could be taken up to remove that damage
