The Dress

I wore this dress for my wedding in September 2022. The dress is elegant and a little sexy, and the cathedral-length train with cascading decorative button detail gives it the bit of drama I wanted on my wedding day (buttoning the buttons is optional - the dress has a zipper closure). The crepe material is lightweight and stretchy, so I was able to sit, move, and dance comfortably the whole evening with the dress bustled.

Alterations: The dress has not been altered from the original rack size, except to add a bustle and a hem (the hemming was removed before cleaning). There is a French bustle inside the skirt, and an American bustle with hook closures on the outside. These can easily be removed if you'd prefer to bustle the dress a different way.

Condition: The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and is in very good condition. There are a couple of small flaws - some staining from where the dress was hemmed (which will not be visible if the dress is hemmed again), and two small, similarly shaped and colored marks (I've included a photo of one of these).
